Don't second guess your decision to get help because I'm glad that I went with my gut. I've been dealing with them I think since July of last year and I went in with three credit cards and within a three months one had already been paid completely off, then within six months two had been paid completely off, and then at the last as of last month. When I was beginning I didn't know how it worked and when I had questions the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable broke down all the the details. I'm halfway through with my services It I'm getting more and more excited about the end result. You got to trust Americor.
They help you in any way they can. The woman I speak to is is really fluent and helpful. They're helping me get out of debt.
Very very polite and very informational. If anything there's any questions or anything they are right there to answer it anytime. Go through americor for sure, they seem to really help and are very quick and non-judgmental which is very nice because sometimes it gets kind a hard.
The person I talked to was very good about using simple terms and I could easily understand what I was going to be going through and possibilities I was only looking at and I went to the program. I stumbled upon this company and they didn't hassle me, weren't pushy. I appreciate that about him.
It's so straight forward and easy to navigate on the various accessible platforms.
Advice: Start earlier.Its important to have really clear expectations from the beginning and clearly communicate it. I'm just really happy that they also were pretty flexible with me and worked with my schedule and payment. As long as you're transparent with them its a really, really great company. I felt like I got really personalized service and support and a lot of patience. Irene helped me with it all.
They're very helpful in explaining everything. They help me to get out of this debt that we're in right now and they made a very good job. I don't really know how it works, but it seems like it would be a good idea for people that have a debt problem.
They were very knowledgeable, very faithful, very patient with my questions and just made me feel comfortable with the whole situation.
