Just be aware that if you use a service like this just be prepared to have your credit destroyed. There are a lot of fees, and the fees are more than I thought they would be. My credit is destroyed, it's under 600 now. I did not know that it would go that low because my credit score was good before this and it had this huge negative impact after using their services. They are responsive when you call them, they do answer the questions.
They answered my questions quickly even on the weekends. If I asked a question or I sent an email they responded almost immediately.
They answered my questions when I needed. The debt relief service is pretty good due to the fact that I was able to qualify for the credit nine section of this so I can get my credit rebuilt. Seems like they're pretty good.
They work with me and are trying to help me settle. Americor will work with you. The only thing I didn't like is somebody called me up, affiliated with americor, and had me change to where all my debts are supposed to be paid off at one time and now I'm paying interest were I wasn't before. Otherwise I'm satisfied with americor.
The customer service at Americor is impeccable. I have felt respected, understood and empathized with from the initial start of this program to now having settled my debts. They are kind, swift, attentive, and professional. My representative, Jose, was dedicated to reaching a settlement and went out of his way, continued to persevere until he spoke with someone on my behalf in order to reach an agreement. At the end of everything my credit score will be good. For most of the time they are good at relaying or passing on messages.
I don't have any problem with them. I just like them. I would definitely recommend americor. They were excellent.
The guy I talked to, his name is Augie, he was very nice, very smart sounding guy, very descriptive in explaining to me the how everything works.
They explained everything and made me comfortable.
