There were very easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do.
Americor's customer service is very friendly.
My agent was really helpful, he explained everything in terms that I could understand instead of using words that I really couldn't grasp.
Overall I am very pleased with Americor and the process. They saved me a significant amount of money overall. My only negative feedback would be that due to their process I ended up owing MORE on one of my debts enrolled with them. Doesn't make much sense to me to owe MORE to settle that what I started with.
They were excellent providing details. When I reach out I get the help that I needed.
They took the time to make me understand the process. Americor so far has been patient. The information they provide on my interfaceis pretty straightforward.
Everyone I've spoken to so far has been super nice they have been very helpful.
