they are very professional, easy to understand what we need to expect as process goes forward.
The customer service and the people that contacted me were very professional and very efficient and they followed up on all of my credit cards in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service. It was my first time experiencing this kind of service and I would highly recommend it.
Do a lot of research, make sure you find something that you can agree on and be able to work with. Americor gives me reminders when a payment is going to be taken out and give me a step by step basis of what's going on. It's overall a good service.
I have been very satisfied with Americor. The lady who helped me was very helpful and helped with all of my questions. This company is worth a shot if you are trying to get out of debt. I would definitely encourage anybody to try it.
They were very friendly and very encouraging and helped me every step of the way. Overall I am very pleased with Americor and the process. They saved me a significant amount of money overall. My only negative feedback would be that due to their process I ended up owing MORE on one of my debts enrolled with them. Doesn't make much sense to me to owe MORE to settle that what I started with.
