I would say americor is a good company. It hasn't been done yet completely, but I've got plenty of information on it now and I'm watching what's going on. They're sending me emails and keeping me informed. Mike started me with the program and he is still talking with me about things. He's very, very knowledgeable about it and helps me understand what's going on and what I should do. He was very helpful.

They're very communicative, they send emails and check or they call and they kept me updated on my account thoroughly. They let you know that they're negotiating with each step.
This is a really good company and they are really answering all my questions.
The whole portal thing I don't know, I just couldn't get into it to see my payments and everything. I keep on trying but they just have to be patient. Some people such as myself are not very computer savvy, so when there is quite simple internet stuff it wasn't as easy for me for the transparency. Americor was very very forthcoming about what you have to do.They kept me very well informed.
Americor is really good. I am glad that I stumbled upon them. Just go for it, you will not regret it. It's been a good experience. The customer service agent was very professional, he answered all of my questions.
They Follow up w me also ask if I have any questions or concerns I'm able to call them anytime too.....
Almost all of my problems were solved quickly and efficiently
They helped to cut debt nearly in half but the fees brought it back up.
