Strongly consider americor for resolution in a timely manner. It is very detail oriented, they explain the program and choices and ramifications all in accordance to your contract and the policy.
Even after the initial set up you expect excellent customer service members getting everything set up. Follow up care was exceptional. If I contacted them right now they would answer me promptly. The only issue we currently have a debt collector were the debt been settled but we're still getting calls and collection notices to we're trying to get that resolved right now but that's not through any fault of americor but the actual service itself. Very knowledgeable, helped me understand what was going to happen in the future
Excellent service. Everything was explained perfectly. They are communication specialists. I’ve dealt with other ones and I have to wait two or three days to get an answer back. Americor is great.
The lady explained to me everything in detail. She communicated through email and text message to make sure I understood everything.
They're very prompt, I think they've made a mistake online. Just make sure to read your paper work very carefully. I noticed that they put a card on that list that they shouldn't have.
They are really good with communication. I'm a new customer, so based on what I've seen so far everything seems to be really good, it's just the beginning process. They are legit, I looked them up on better business bureau before I called them.
