They were very efficient with my needs and very willing to answer every question that I had and they kept in contact with me. Basically they've got everything covered.

So far working with americor has been pleasant. The personalities have bene nice.
Anytime I called and had any questions for someone the wait time wasn't very long and they explained all the questions. They were able to cut my debt. There are multiple choices and it's definitely worth looking into because one able to help consolidate your debt and I was able to get out of the program fairly quickly and pay off all my credit cards and then sets up a loan so now I'm just paying off the loan while paying off my creditors and I'm able to start building my credit sooner.
The best gentleman was the one I spoke with in the beginning. The customer service was exemplary. It is top notch. The process was faster than I anticipated. I am happy to get my credit card back in the right direction.
