Americor is very professional. They did a great job communicating to make sure I had all the information I needed.
Everybody was courteous make sure that they cover everybody so they could be covered. I feel confident with them.
It was a great program and it totally saved my life! Understanding how it all worked was a little confusing at first but it works!! It is difficult at first to never use my credit cards at all but I did it and they are all paid off!
They were really good at following up because I missed a few things and they reexplained to me and made sure I understand what I just signed up for.
I think they are very trustworthy. They gave me things to do when I was having a hard time. Everyone I called has been very pleasant.

We spoke to a lady and we were on the phone with her quite a while and she was extremely kind and courteous. We are kind of new to the program, so I don't really know wat's going on. Another person was extremely helpful, he was patient, he repeated thing,s he didn't talk too fast and he was courteous. I just was very comfortable with what we were doing.
