They were very informative, answered all my questions. They're very conscientious, they contact me at least once a week to find out where I'm at if I have any questions.
I think they are doing an awesome job. They basically take you by hand and walk you through everything. They help you balance your credit. They got me a settlement in less than two months.
It shows that all my accounts are settled but the creditors have not cleared my accounts. Only one has. It is probably not Amercors fault but I was under the assumption that once paid off they would be cleared.
They talked with me about what was going on and then came up with the best solution they could.
The initial individual who I talked to was very kind and full of knowledge. I am not a computer guy so that wasn't my favorite part of the program but they very knowledgeable.
Resolving my debt. Very easy company to work with. They seem to care about you as a individual and not just a number.
More communication would be better. There were some emails that never received an answer. All the information they have given me was very thorough.
Americor is very helpful, informative and there is no pressure. It is a very terrific service.
