He was informative in handling my account. There was a question I had about the negotiation process. I had reached out to other companies before about disputes and lawsuits. And if that happens, Americor said I would be on my own if that happened.

The few times I’ve had to call customer service I’ve gotten through really fast and all my questions have been answered. If I have to move a date, it is super easy to do. They are very accommodating. I’ve had a very good experience. I feel like they are able to negotiate very well. It is more manageable to have one payment a month instead of six or seven credit cards.

So far they've done everything that they said that they were gonna do and they're pointing me in the right direction and get things taken care of. They've contacted all my creditors and negotiated things down for me. They've done everything necessary, I can't complain. They help me out and it's been a great release. My debt is almost gone. Everything's been positive.
I've only been a costumer for like a week so I guess I'm not really the best judge. The guy I talked to and set it all up with was very nice and pretty easy to work with.
The person I dealt was Gustavo. It was great.
The consultant that answered my call the first time was extremely helpful and nice over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and had answers for me. He stayed on the line with me until he made sure I received all my information by email and even called back the following day to make sure I didn't have any further questions.
