They explained everything and if they didn’t I asked them questions.
Really good customer service. It can took a while to wait on the phone to talk to them but once you get a hold f them, they are really nice and they took care of what I needed. It is a good program. They are very thorough.

There is a lot of paper work and they helped me with all of it. They helped me with the whole process. I don’t use a computer and it was great. It is smooth sailing. They are great.
Most of the people were great but I do feel misled by some. The process is advertised as easy and it was pretty easy except it wasn’t exactly as promised. There is something they need to improve such as the debt payment to line credit. I was told it was going to be twelve months and it ended up being eighteen. Overall they did a fair job but you should shop around and get everything in writing. There should be more disclosure upfront. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
Made my loans more manageable and that was a big relief.
