I had one bad experience with customer service but I called and made a complaint and other than it has been great. They might want to train the people who answer the phone a little more.
Any questions I had, they had the right answer. They’re very helpful. They get the job done. I can sleep at night because I am not stressed out anymore. They helped me with 90 percent of my debt.
