No I don't have any complaints, they are very good. They helped me a lot of after a few questions I asked they were very helpful.
I really like the portal and they way they contact you, so I think it is going really well right now. They were really friendly, attentive and follow through all the time.

Americor is very good, very knowledge and they help everytime the customer calls. Americor is a very good company and they work with all their customers and they're very nice and very knowledge and they take care of business.
The whole portal thing I don't know, I just couldn't get into it to see my payments and everything. I keep on trying but they just have to be patient. Some people such as myself are not very computer savvy, so when there is quite simple internet stuff it wasn't as easy for me for the transparency. Americor was very very forthcoming about what you have to do.They kept me very well informed.
Americor is great. They work. They walked me through everything that I needed to get done. I am not a computer savvy person and they did a great job. Everything is going great. I know they have my best interest in mind. They take care of problems quickly.
A great provider was excellent. Customer sevice was excellent.
They are very friendly, helpful, and care about helping you get your financial situation under control!!!
