The person I spoke with was very patient, very knowledgeable and said that he would stay on the phone all day if necessary to help me out. Americor is great. They're very prompt, I got the stuff in the mail already, very knowledgeable, very helpful.
Customer service took their time to explain everything to me. They walked me through every step of what was going to happen. It I had any questions, they would answer my questions. They were helpful moving my payment around. They were quick in getting my account settled, me debts were settled. I felt comfortable working with americor. They were willing to work with me. Their app is not very user friendly.
They gave me a lot of relief mentally and physically. They made me feel batter. I will feel good when my son gets with the program. It is a good experience. It helped me a lot. I only had to make one payment.
