The guy that I dealt with, Jesse, walked me through everything and answered questions, everything was taken care of.
They've been very kind, patient, understanding and I'm older so I don't get a lot of stuff, I don't understand stuff so they've been right there with me explaining.
They need to just give a little more information at the beginning about credit. It took a little longer than I expected but they still did a good job. Everytime that I needed answers or had questions they were right there.
They're just a great company. Americor is the best. If you need help call them.
The customer service aspect of Americor is very, very good. A very high level. They keep close contact to make sure all our questions are answered. I'm just at the beginning stages of it but so far everything seems very good. The are very thorough

Everything they said that that they were going to do on their end, they've done. So far, I haven't really got into the the program that deeply. We're still waiting on our first installment to come out and all that stuff. So far they've been very helpful and they've done everything they said they would do. They messed up my one of my credit cards. They explained everything that went through
I have poor computer skills and they talked me through everything I needed to do to put it on my computer. They took me step by step, literally by the hand, and were very patient with me so and they took care of it all. Everything is off my plate now, it's just automatically taken out of my account. They kept me apprised every month with reminders and what was going on and I can always find out what had been settled. I had good experiences. I would recommend americor.
