They're a great company and they've helped me immensely. So far everything's going good, they've only settled one of my accounts and I'm very happy with the settlement. They have emailed me and called me and have actually kept me up to date on everything. Their customer service has been really great.
I think the debt relief for customers is good and everyone should try it, it is a needed service.

Almost immediately when I called, they answered all my questions. They have taken care of everything for me. The only problem I have is they said they were handling the credit card but that did create a couple of problems for about five weeks.
I have been dealing with some issues from the divorce. One of my credit cards was sueing me and the gentlement I worked with went ahead and did a refinance with my debt consolidation loan. He was able to work out that I didn't have to provide all the paperwork the credit card company wanted - because I went from a joint checking account to a singular checking account.
