My customer service rep was very informative, he explained everything to me.

Get you out of there quickly and timely.
They set up a pretty simple platform to deal with. However, their fees are very high and ultimately I don't feel we saved much money and could have accomplished the same results with a little discipline and it wouldn't have hurt our credit in the process.
It wasn't as transparent as I thought that it was going to be but after I got to know the system how it works it was good. They explained everything to me when I asked questions. It brought my credit rating down and that is trying to go back up now but it was very very poor for over a year almost a year.
They answered and get back pretty quickly with all of my calls.
Liz has been most helpful. Help came to me at a time most needed.
