Knowledgeable an easy to talk too take time an explain
They have a nice website and app. The process takes quite a few months from what I've seen. We just had a little glitch with their automatic calling system there were they kept calling me every couple hours there for a week and I already talked to the person for my welcome on board meeting there so that was a little annoying but otherwise so pleasant overall.
