I feel like everything was explained pretty thoroughly but there were a few steps that could have been covered a little better.
The beginning of the process is always nerve racking especially when you bail on your debts for whatever reason, but after the process started comfort starts to make its way in and when you see the progress starting to be made it gets more relieving.
They always answer my questions, they were never hard to get a hold of. Anything that I needed they were always there to help me out.
