During the process I was nervous about this company and if I was doing the right thing. Americor people are nice on the phone, they try to help you as quick as possible. I am very happy with the service. It took about one year. It is a relief.

When I spoke with my advocate she explained how I would be able to payoff the 4 credit cards with Americor talking to my creditors on my behalf and be clear in just over 2 years instead of 13 years as with JUST paying the card companies.
So far so good. They have been good providing instructions in a timely fashion. They are very thorough. Customer service is helpful and professional.
They're pretty attentive. Every time I give them a call if they don't answer they call me right back immediately. There was an urgency to deal with my questions. They told me what was going to happen every step along the way.
Whenever I have an issue, whenever I needed to get a hold somebody, it was pretty quick and easy and painless. They're easy to work with. I had very good experience. I had like fifteen thousand dollars in credit card debt and now I have none and I think that's took about a year and a half to two years so I'm just fine with that outcome.
