Americor's customer service is very friendly.
They care about you what you're going through and they understand.
Everything is pretty much spot on, the sales rep is knowledgeable, I just wish they would explain a little bit more about the process.
They answer your questions and they seem to know what they're talking about. The one thing they did not tell me, which I wasn't happy about, was that they charges twelve ninety five, so when I saw that I was a little taken aback because I wasn't aware of that.

The one I talked to in customer service, she's a very good, active listener and took time to address any concerns I had, as I was very skeptical the first time I've done something like this.
They helped walk me through the proves. I am glad to be paying off the debt in a timely fashion. I like how much they are saving me.
I would like them to lower some of the fees but they are very good and professional and they handle things well. They have the answer to my questions because they are very knowledgeable about it.
