Everybody has been friendly, returned my calls answered all my questions thoroughly. They do exactly what they claim they'll do, but it does destroy credit and its a slow process to rebuild it.
I think it covered everything and they're great. It has been a big stress reliever. They're really very forthcoming with information and doesn't make me feel like they're hiding any little things, I know exactly what's going on with everything. Anytime I had a question they were very quick to get back to me and it was easy to get a hold of them and always super nice.
Before I even made my 1st payment they already had one of my debt settled. Not only did they settle fast, they settled for 1/2 of what I owed. Never expected that right out of the gate.
