Anfal explained what was asked of him, however I am not pleased with Americor. When I signed up with Americir, in 2022, this was for a 42 month payoff of my acct.. anfal explained this acct won't be completed until 2027, N0T ACCEPTIBLE. I am most upset.
My agent was awesome but Americor has disappointed me. I have been paying into this for over a year and still have not been offered a loan.
This has been the WORST experience in my life! The communication has been HORRIBLE. On top of that, the information about how this program works was MISLEADING. I've had to beg to the "negotiator" in charge, Mrs. Tori B. to give me a call, and the only respond has been, "you call me, I don't speak Spanish", so I told her, no problem, I speak English, please call me back", and I am still waiting! Your company is going to make me pay over 10k than if I did myself, and my credit rating is nothing when I had excellent credit when I started.
Scam scam scam!!!!! Don’t use them you’ll regret it. Prior to Americor I had money on my credit cards and a 700 credit score. Not even 1 year into the contract and I have low 500’s credit score, I’m currently being sued by one of the credit card companies and I still have money on my credit cards. You would think that if you got sued by one of the credit card companies that Americor is supposed to be handling that they would take care of it but you are mistaken. This company handled some of my debt even though they were supposed to handle everything then they closed my account and told me to take it up with the collectors . I appreciate them handling some of my debt but ultimately I would avoid using this company as it wil destroy your credit and cause you too waste money in the process.
Took a lot of money, did nothing. Promised a debt consolidation loan after 6 months in program, then after 6 months said it could be 24 months before a loan was offered.
Missed a creditor they said that they seen them on my credit report and would add. I missed seeing that they weren't included in the settlement and they refuse to honor their word to negotiate them as an addendum to the plan.
Like I explained to customer service yesterday. We are starting o the wrong foot . I am not happy with the sales Agent Dash . I feel like he scammed me. He withdrew money prematurely, I explain the money won’t be in my acct. it has left me financially in a bind for 2wks .
