I do not like that americor uses an outside company for billing services. I believe automatic payments are enough. Am should mot be used. This is reason for my cancellation. I will not pay extra for a payment I can make myself.

I requested the $50 money card and no one has addressed this issue. I have not received my new insurance card either. Why? I need this insurance updated ASAP!!

They're dishonest, bait in switch, they make it seem like they're going to help get out of debt but in reality they make your accounts go into collections and have constant unwanted calls. They don't lend you the money but they use your money and once you have enough to pay off an account in collections then that's how you begin to pay off your debt.

I told and told them I'm on disability and they wanted the payment to come out of a different account, to open up an account so I can just put that single payment in there. Since I'm on disability I do not have two banks account so they are not happy with me about that because I cannot have two bank account being on disability. Other than that I'm not getting any information other than "check your portal" and I look at my portal and update what needs to be updated and I never hear from them. Unable to get response from customer service to correct their errors. They also deducted our payment 2 weeks prior to the agreed upon date.

They promised a bunch of things and they didn't fulfill their promises and they ruined my credit and I ended up paying the same amount I owed in credit anyways. And so I'm not satisfied with their service at all. I wouldn't recommend them.

I thought I might get a loan up to $23,000 according to the Credit9 mail I received to consolidate an existing loan. After I applied online, my phone soon rang. I started not to answer it because I really don’t like to talk to people trained to talk fast and persuasive. But I answered it. Debt consultant Jeffrey G was on the other end. I told him upfront that I was no longer interested. But he couldn’t take no for an answer.
