Our credit was good until we came to Americor they didn't pay on any bills till our credit was in the toilet but they started paying them off credit still sucks and it's over 2yrs now

There are too many known, unknown and undisclosed financial risks to this program. Complaints to BBB give a better understanding of this program. I cancelled and immediately received a return of my payment.
Creditors are calling, yet no indication Americor has reached out to them a month later...
Don't do it. They haven't done anything. I just got an email from them asking for information, but it was my understanding at the time of the call that I didn't really have to provide anything else so I'm kind of irritated. I could have given all of that information with the initial call.
The plan they gave me for the process was not clear. My credit score went down. When I call for the guy who said will guide to the process they said he doesn’t work there.
I have not received much communication. I wished someone would let me know what is happening.
Because I haven't had a chance this is the first month I've been with you guys and I don't know and I'm trying to get in touch with the Vantage law and trying to get in touch with Americorps and nobody's giving me answers
They have taken out 3 payments of 266.41 and have not made a single payment to either of my 3 credit cards. I am still recieving collection calls even after sending all 3 letters.
