They talked like this was going to be a great thing now my credit is trashed and I feel I made a big mistake
Fees are really high. It isn't that good of a deal.
It is a struggle to wait for ever to have a response to pay off debt to creditors while still receiving phone calls an not having anything done while americor money is being added so you know the money is there to pay creditors
I'm not totally confident with this company. My creditors keep on contacting me and I feel Americor have not talked with creditors. I call to let them know but all they say is file a complaint.
They argue way too much. I changed my mind about the loan and what I got was was a sales pitch!!!
Have paid almost $1000 dollars in and have yet to receive a call from anyone about my case. Anytime I need something I have to call. I’ve received zero feedback on progress and most of the time when I call I get very vague answers from customer service. Have received letters from a couple of creditors wanting to settle for a lesser amount. Have uploaded those documents to the portal and have gotten zero feedback on those as well. I feel like they are taking my money and I'm getting nothing in return.
What started out good turned very bad when I opted to cancel. My feedback from BBB says from americor "enthusiasm of associates" but if you listen go the recorded line of Chris H during my phone call you can hear him talk down on me and my mother while I'm having a panic attack.
I had not missed a payment on any bills I had, at first I thought this was going to be good for me but I got letters about being sued and I was told those become priority. I have never not once got a call about that letter and what my options are what they can do to help nothing. And now I am being sued and my check will most likely get garnished which I cannot afford the whole reason I did this program. Very disappointed.
