I had a payment for one of the credit cards that they said that they will take care of I had a payment come out of my account. When I reached out to them to possibly get my payment date pushed back because I had already paid the credit card. They told me that I wouldn't be able to push it back I would have to double up on the payments and that is not something that I can afford. I was told it would only take 2 to 3 months to have money in ilthe account to pay off my creditor. Now I am being told it is 7 months, that is 7 months with my creditor not being paid and 7 months of late payments on my credit report. I did not realize I had been told so many lies when all I was trying to was consiladate my bills.
they seem to have the right idea they just don't disclose everything to the customer
No one has returned my phone calls. Also instead of taking $325.00 out of my checking account they took 2 payments totaling $625.00 leaving me with a -$172.00
Big mistake on my part. My debts just keep accumulating interest making me owe more and all they do is collect $537 monthly. I am totally disappointed
This company never reaches out to me to check in. Also, they rarely respond to online messages or inquiries.

I’m highly disappointed with the support I’ve received since signing my contract. As a matter of fact that was even botched yet, Ram/Americor hasn’t missed taking one payment. So, apparently they are good at taking my money but, not good at anything else. I don’t even know if they have started negotiating with my creditors. I regret moving my business from Freedom to Americor. Can’t believe the system is still leaving a “Good” score despite my answers . This is survey is specious at best.
I am just starting with this program and my very first payment that I had rescheduled was still taken out, on top of the fact it was taken out a day before it was supposed to, furthermore it was applied on a Sunday. Which put my account in the negative when this program is supposed to help people.
