I signed up they are taking my money but no word from anyone
Attempted to call was on hold for over 5 minutes no one picked up my call. I could hear conversation in the back ground. I finally hung up.2
It just bothers me that my credit accounts are still being charged a late fee and make feel like am ghosting them or something along those lines.
I feel like I've just been dropped. They said everything's going to go through and then I hear nothing. So I don't know what's going on.
This will take 4 years to pay off debt and ruin my credit worse than it is.
I ask several times about cost and when the process actually starts and never got a clear answer.will wait to see outcome.
Don't feel they reach out to creditors for I have to contact Americor to get updates. I have been with them 6 months and all my accounts are in collections and they have not contacted the collections agency to settle the debts
Switch and bait marketintlg and service not worth the cost
