So far all you've done is taking my payments. None of my daughters have been called they're still calling me questioning me said nobody has contacted them
The creduitors are still calling 4 and 5 times daily
I have yet to speak to anyone from Americor I literally work right behind y'all
I have had no payoffs and I keep giving them money with fees

Nothing has begun for our creditors..all i know is that they have my money.
For now my rating is going to be low because none of my agreed upon debts have been paid at all. I've been making monthly payments for a few months now but I'm still getting harassing calls and letters in the mail demanding I make payments. I inquired about this over a month ago and was told to send in all written copies from creditors and debt collectors. I actually stopped the program months ago because I was falling so behind in my credit card payments so this program was not at all a good fit for me and my credit score is showing it unfortunately now.
