I have had the same awful experience as another customer. Random came to do a maintenance service and never did it. The manager then came by after another loyal customer sent an email, and confirmed no mtnce was done. Then they also told me I need a hot water heater gave them almost 2 grand to find out I never needed it. They said it was leaking. My mop was on the same closet which was wet. The worst experience I ever had with any company in my life. Brandon the service tech showed up with an attitude immediately. I guarantee if he was speaking to a man, he would not have pulled this stunt. I have never been so uncomfortable with a worker in my home in my entire life! He said he recommend severely things to be done to my AC and I had someone else do them, that's why he had an attitude. It is not possible that this company gets high ratings. Liars, upsellers, price gouges, nonresponsive, bought Trane unit got Lenox. Won't answer the phone, stole my money whatever else. Don't use!!!!

4/22/2020 Your company sent Danielle to give me an estimate. I told her I have a lung infection and am looking to improve air quality. She insisted on coming into my home. I thought it was to see my equipment. She sat at my counter to attempt to up sell me. She either is not aware of or does not believe in Social Distancing. Awful workmanship, professionalism and service. Amtek installed the unit in my 95 year old Grandmother’s house five or less years ago and we have a service contract. I am thinking they took advantage of her. My wife and I have been staying with her for the last thirty days and this company has been out four times, about to be five, with no result. Had contacted Amtek to come out to my Home for an AC checkup Technician was supposed to be at my home at 11 am Tech called at 12pm to say he was running late and needed to reschedule for 4 pm At 5:30 called the office and there was no apology. Wasted an entire day waiting for someone to show and in todays world there is no excuse not to pick up a phone. Will never use Amtek for anything.

Way overpriced. They charged me $5600 for my unit. When they wanted $8100 for new ductwork, I contacted three other providers. All three told me I could've gotten the AC unit for around $4000. All three gave me competitive bids and I got the ductwork done for $3200. Amtek is way overpriced.
