The installers were here today and I couldn't be happier! They didn't leave any mess (and you should have seen the mess they took out), they took a few minutes for lunch and worked quietly and steadily. The owner came by when the old equipment was out to make sure everything was fine. I will recommend.
Jon came by to tune up my air conditioner and did a fanatic and thorough job. I have used Amtek for the past few year years and they have always been consistent.

I have had the same awful experience as another customer. Random came to do a maintenance service and never did it. The manager then came by after another loyal customer sent an email, and confirmed no mtnce was done. Then they also told me I need a hot water heater gave them almost 2 grand to find out I never needed it. They said it was leaking. My mop was on the same closet which was wet. Next service call they said I needed a fan motor, two to island dollars and talked me into service contract. They were here this week ... read more
The worst experience I ever had with any company in my life. Brandon the service tech showed up with an attitude immediately. I guarantee if he was speaking to a man, he would not have pulled this stunt. I have never been so uncomfortable with a worker in my home in my entire life! He said he recommend severely things to be done to my AC and I had someone else do them, that's why he had an attitude.
