This company is one big scam. They train there guys to prey on the elderly, and trick the young. STAY AWAY! If you get a quote from them call another company for a second opinion. !!Stay away from this company!! They are the poster child for all the bad things you hear about in the A/C industry from my experiences in dealing with them. From my experience with Amtek, I have encountered classic bait n switch, vague work orders leaving out exact model numbers, incompetence, unprofessional conduct, disregard for the work area. I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. On Tuesday I was solicited with a cold call from Amtek from Jeff attempting to sell me on a tune-up for my a/c. I usually do not accept cold calls but I said what the heck let me give them a try. I scheduled the appointment for the next day (Yesterday 06/24/15) between the hours of 3pm-6pm.
