We had a great stay, and All Pocono Rentals was very responsive to everything we needed. The pool house is a great bonus, and the property is beautiful. There is a ton of deck space, in addition to the gorgeous space indoors. We had 13 adults and one cockapoo staying at the house, and there was plenty of room to spread out and hang out.

Everything as advertised. House was clean, spacious, and had a lot of amenities.
If advertised on your rental it should be available. The hot tub had not been cleaned and couldn’t be used. The carpets in every room were stained. Many of the appliances were not working well (i.e. dishwasher, stove microwave and refrigerator). The lawn had not been mowed which isn’t ideal in high tick areas. The televisions didn’t seem to operate which was okay since we were outdoors, for most of our stay. However, we had young kids who could have had this. This house was beautiful, we loved the decor and layout. My kids were thrilled about the open layout. The hot tub was a great addition. They neighborhood is quiet and the pools are not far, outdoor is walking distance. Overall a lovely stay. The price was a little high, I’m assuming based on demand. I’d definitely refer it to anyone who needs accommodations for a large group.
Read the small print!! -Be forewarned because the pool is not anywhere walkable (drive-able 11 min away) and it comes at an additional fee per person for use.
Public is bad to
This was the worst rental place! The jacuzzi wasn’t working and dirty and we were told the morning of our checkin date. The pool was green and the stools in the kitchen were wobbly, the washing machine was rusty and the house smelled like dirty mop. The blinds were broken and the lighting sucked! And then they requested that i pay for damages that were done to the house before i checked in. So if your staying at this place which i dont recommend make sure you take a picture of every corner before anything.
The game tables should not be advertised. The air hockey table has been broken by previous guests, the pool table and ping pong table sit unevenly so they are difficult to use. We arrived with one of 3 propane cans with propane in them. The staff communicated well, but then didnt follow through. The hot tub was fairly murky and we left it cleaner than when we got there.
