To begin with, the code I was given was incorrect. I then called and received another incorrect code making the third one the one that finally worked. When I went in the house it was clean as expected. However, when we went to the backyard where the pool was located there were pieces of rocks pieces of wood making it very dangerous especially since it would get slippery. The house is too small and didn’t give enough garbage bags for a weekend. Only had 3 bags. Two black bags and one clear for the recycling. The cleaners came in on Sunday at 10 came inside the house without knocking. I know they where going to come look at the outside at 10 but nothing about them coming inside while we was still there cleaning and getting everything ready.
The house was just okay. I was expecting it to be a little nicer with all the good reviews and the price you pay but I have some issues with the company. All though I booked through Airbnb they have there own rules and make you download a separate app just to get all the info which is where you find our all there extra rules and expectations AFTER you pay and can not get a refund. you have to sign a separate contract and fill out all your guests information. nice house but unfortunately it is not being kept up. there are allot of issues with this house and i dont believe its worth the money at all. tape on the windows covering cracks, tape on appliance wires. everything is pretty old and outdated
The house was good but the pool too cold and a little bit dirty
I did not stay at this place yet, I got cancelled last minute while I was heading there. They should have let me know in advance. With a big group, we had to changed the plan right away, so disappointed.

Huge house...had ample room for our group of 10 people. Only thing negative was that the hot tub water never got hot so we couldn't go in it, and we were required to take out all of our own garbage and recycling before leaving. The weather was perfect to have a fire going on outside and there were plenty of games/activities to keep us occupied.

I would like to advise that the removal of trash from inside the home to the receptacles placed outside the home is a common industry standard for guests of short term rentals.
