The host was responsive, the house was clean and fully equipped. I would definitely rent with svetlana again. Our only disappointment was the hot tub. My friends and i were looking forward to relaxing in the tub after a long day of snowboarding but the tub wasn't working.
The house was great for a large group of friends to spend the weekend. Plenty of space, and the grill was a definite plus. The only downside is the garbage situation, since you need to drive your garbage out to the front of the community, which is a little inconvenient. Note that if you plan on bringing a pet, there is a $100 per pet fee which is not mentioned in the listing. And there is a 5 page lease agreement that you need to fill out before you check-in.
Lovely resort community; we all had a great time. However, had to change my review because we went above and beyond trying to leave everything clean and organized even took a video of the property before leaving the house. It should be the hostess responsibility to provide trash cans to dispose of garbage. We left the trash in trash bags in a small room by the kitchen and now are being asked for an additional $200 to dispose of the grabage bags!

Thank you for taking care of our home. Unfortunately, the community does not allow private garbage service. They do have garbage containers and ask the guests to dispose of their garbage. Storing garbage (14 bags to be exact) is against community rules as well as our policy. We had to dispose of all those bags in a private paid dumpster site since it is not allowed by the community to dispose of this much garbage at once.
