Beautiful home, everything was how i expected, but the pool never heated. Wasn't able to enjoy.
This property is rented by a rental agency. Poor communication, no responses to texts. Check in was easy, house is dated and old. A little disappointed, pictures are much nicer.
The house in general is clean and neat. The carpets have old and dusty smell even though the whole house is full of air freshers.

Nice space. The upstairs bedrooms looked very nice and comfortable. Definitely nice that they had two cribs, so our friends with babies were able to come and stay with their kids. The billiards table (able to convert to a table hockey/ping pong table) were nice to have while we were hanging out in the home. It was in good condition. The house was very nice and clean. The hot tub was definitely not warm enough and the buttons to turn up the heat were broken. Communication with Pocono Rentals was frustrating and I will not pick a house managed by them again
Enjoyed a lot.had issues with heater,hot water and bath tub.Otherwise it is very good.Trash bags responsibility should not be pushed to guests ,Thats one things very frustrating.
Expect a nice & big house that’s located in the center of everything. Be mindful that the beds are very hard & the stove doesn’t work properly.
this cabin Wasnt Really What we expected. There was a few things wrong with it , for example the railing of the staircase going down to the playroom was very loose which is very dangerous if you have small children with you.Also alot of the games in the playroom were broken. The jacuzzi had a missing piece so we werent able to use it throughout our stay. also the staff basically kicked us out of the premises because we still had one hr to leave and they were already there taking Pictures and everything .
