Andee did an amazing job helping us through not one but TWO escrows! She helped get our offers accepted in an incredibly competitive market; we weren't getting any feedback before bringing her on as our lender (even with other pre-approvals)! We exited our 1st escrow late in the inspection period, at no fault of Andee, and she helped get us the info we needed to make that decision. Our 2nd escrow went off without a hitch! We really enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her!
Andee blew my other lender option out of the water with a great rate. Once that was locked in, she was super helpful, informative, supportive, and communicative throughout the whole process. Ms. Montemorano was polite, courteous, informative, and efficient. Once she took me on as a client I was introduced and managed by her team. They are outstanding, communicative, efficient, and walking me through the entire process to purchase property. A wonderful experience and she is a joy to work with on funding.
