When I met Andee due to a referral, I already had pre-approval and a great rate with my bank. Yet I wanted to see what else I could get. I contacted several lenders, and some have better rates but their reviews where bad. Only Pacific Mortgage and Andee had 5 stars. We requested a shorter than usual escrow and a though closing date. Andee and her team handled an expedited finance contingency and my slightly byzantine finances like it was a walk in the park. Not only were they super efficient - they were highly patient and supremely professional, even when I was getting jitters about the other side's handling. I absolutely would work with her and her team again in a heartbeat and shall be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

Andee helped us with our mortgage lending needs in California while based in New York, working with us remotely until closing. Andee goes far above and beyond from taking my calls on Friday nights at 10pm to Sunday afternoons at 2 pm & everything in between. She is GREAT at making herself available and making her client a priority. She truly makes the process so much better. Huge thanks to Andee and her team for the speedy escrow and for constantly exceeding our expectations.

We were referred to Ms. Montemorano through a real estate agent that we worked with. Ms. Montemorano made she she was available for us 24/7 to answer any questions that we had to support us through each step of the way for our first home purchase. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how she genuinely wanted to help us out. We talked to three different mortgage professionals and chose Andee. We are so glad we did as she really pulled out all the stops for us and held our hands from start to finish. We thought we were experienced in mortgage lending, but we were surprised by the need for 12 months of reserves. Andee was able to structure a deal we could work with that only required 9 months of reserves. This is now the 3rd time we've worked with Andee. She is AMAZING. The home buying and refinancing process is extremely stressful and she helps me keep my sanity because the one thing I don't have to worry about is her. She's on top of everything, proactively addresses areas of concern, and if there are ever issues (which are always out of her control) - she does everything possible to help resolve them. Excellent care and service!! I have been working with Andee for over a year. I told her last year that I would be interested in buying a home for the upcoming year.
