After a falling out with the lender I had been working with, I contacted American Pacific Mortgage, and was lucky enough to work with Andee. We had no experience with home buying, and she made it extremely easy to understand, and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Her communication is top notch, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Even our realtors were impressed! I look forward to working more with Andee in the future.

When I met Andee due to a referral, I already had pre-approval and a great rate with my bank. Yet I wanted to see what else I could get. I contacted several lenders, and some have better rates but their reviews where bad. Only Pacific Mortgage and Andee had 5 stars. We requested a shorter than usual escrow and a though closing date. Andee and her team handled an expedited finance contingency and my slightly byzantine finances like it was a walk in the park. Not only were they super efficient - they were highly patient and supremely professional, even when I was getting jitters about the other side's handling. We talked to three different mortgage professionals and chose Andee. We are so glad we did as she really pulled out all the stops for us and held our hands from start to finish. We thought we were experienced in mortgage lending, but we were surprised by the need for 12 months of reserves.
