Andee was a terrific help throughout the whole process, very patient (even when we were freaking out a bit) and accommodating. I particularly appreciated how easy she was to communicate with: whether text, phone, or email she always made herself available to us. Andee was very professional and explained the process of my refi and she let me know what would take place every step of the way. Her staff was a pleasure to work with as well. It's hard to overstate how helpful and professional Andee was through our entire escrow process. She was patient and extremely available for all of our questions as first-time home buyers, even when we were stressing out and texting her at night. She would always reply and answer every question. Andee was also part of a crew that helped my husband and I secure the dream home we have been waiting for for years, beating out 13 other offers. As first-time buyers in the incredibly competitive housing market of Los Angeles, we were completely out of our element. As a first time home buyer I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Everyone has heard of horror stories, and I expected to at least come out of this experience with some problems or complaints. After a falling out with the lender I had been working with, I contacted American Pacific Mortgage, and was lucky enough to work with Andee. We had no experience with home buying, and she made it extremely easy to understand, and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns.
