Andee was such a pleasure to work with. I am a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions and concerns around purchasing a home. Whenever I had any questions whatsoever, Andee was always available to answer any questions that I had. Her response was immediate and even provided responses late in the hours and even on the weekends. We are so happy to have had Andee as our loan officer and was always confident the loan would fund on time (and it did!).

She was very helpful and caring in regards to our situation and found a solution for our home loan needs. She should be the first and only person to speak to when it comes to home loans. There are so many shady people out there, but she was upfront and clear from the get go. No misleading infos, just diligent work.

Andee was a terrific help throughout the whole process, very patient (even when we were freaking out a bit) and accommodating. I particularly appreciated how easy she was to communicate with: whether text, phone, or email she always made herself available to us. Andee was very professional and explained the process of my refi and she let me know what would take place every step of the way. Her staff was a pleasure to work with as well. The level of customer service was excellent and to be able to sign from my computer was excellent and to know my information was secure. Andee was a pleasure to work with.

It's hard to overstate how helpful and professional Andee was through our entire escrow process. She was patient and extremely available for all of our questions as first-time home buyers, even when we were stressing out and texting her at night. She would always reply and answer every question.
