Ms. Montemorano was polite, courteous, informative, and efficient. Once she took me on as a client I was introduced and managed by her team. They are outstanding, communicative, efficient, and walking me through the entire process to purchase property. A wonderful experience and she is a joy to work with on funding. Andee is my lending officer. She gave me a clear picture, right from the start, of types of loans that I could apply for and how they compare. Andee and her phenomenal team kept me updated with where I was in the process, every step of the way. And that was amazing, because the process can feel pretty long. But I closed in maybe 35 days. Andee was on top of everything from start to finish and kept us up to date with what was needed. She was great to deal with as she is super friendly and has a great team helping her as well. This was our 2nd time dealing with her as she also helped us when we originally bought our house so we decided to use her again when we refinanced and we could not be any happier with the whole process in dealing with her.
