Our sweet pup Otter eas suddenly very ill. This happened at 6 pm last night. The staff and Doctor were so kind . Very loving. Otter ate something that caused a bacteria infection .Two shots and 3 prescriptions she is on the mend. Thank you so much for the compassion and service

Dr. Egan and the staff were really responsive, generous and kind. You can tell they all work well together and respect each other, the pet owners and more importantly the animals in need of help. I had heard great things about them and even though it was a few more miles to go there, I am really glad we did. Their prices are reasonable unlike some other emergency pet places in Sarasota. So very glad to have them as an option. Our little fur baby is already feeling better and we are very grateful!

My puppy was in a lot of pain and couldn't use her back leg without crying. Just touching the area around her leg was horrible. Everyone at the ER was very compassionate and helped right away. Thank you for helping right away

Thank You so much for the wonderful care you gave my sweet senior Dog Kayleigh. She came in with vague symptoms and the Vet was able to diagnose a serious problem , she contacted a wonderful surgeon (Dr Rose) optimized her pre operatively to save her life. I am happy to report after your wonderful pre and post op care Kayleigh is playing eating and loving life again !!! We are so blessed to have your ER and Veterinary Surgery Center of Sarasota so close! Thanks again, P&K

Our cat had an abcessed tooth which showed up quite suddenly and we noticed her distress right at 5 o'clock when our normal vets office was closed so we took her to Animal ER and the staff and Dr. Egan couldn't have been nicer, more compassionate (I was a wreck because she is my baby) and took great care of her!! She is now doing well and I am so very thankful for all of them!!
