Thank you to the kind staff for helping my family through the loss of our dear Lola. The kindness and compassion given was amazing.
The staff was nice and pleasant on our visit, however the injection that they gave our cat caused an adverse reaction. We researched the drug manufacturer and the reaction was listed as a possible side effect along with temporary vision issues. We called the office and they refused to admit that the side effect was caused by the drug (our regular vet confirmed it is). Our cat was lucky..I'd only go back if I had to put a pet down.

We do hope that the manufacturer took your report. We certainly do hope your pet is now well. Please reconsider trusting us again, not just with end of life decisions but also medical care if needed.
