Yesterday we brought our almost 17 year old dog in a for sudden onset of rectal bleeding. The the front desk staff was was ready for our arrival (our routine vet had sent records and referral) the vet tech was quick to get him in to be evaluated by the veterinarian. Everyone was reassuring, comforting (I was quite emotional) and so wonderful while keeping us updated. I brought my shorkie in for emergency car after a hit and run. I thought we were losing her. They got imaging, sent it to surgeon, got surgeon feedback, and were able to give me a full picture of what her outcomes could be. She is all fixed up and healing thank goodness. Special thanks to the staff member Skylar as she is so attentive and caring. I felt like she took care of ME and knew that she was taking care of our pup with love and compassion. Thank you!

They were so amazing. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. And they took great care of our dog Lexi . The dr was so kind and talked to me on the phone ans answered my questions and concerns! The staff was so kind and so helpful.

Animal ER was wonderful when we brought our dog in after being hit by a car. They were very compassionate and kept us informed during his stay. They even sent us a picture of how he was doing and allowed me to call as often as I wanted to.

Our dog had fainted and we needed to take her to the ER at 4am. The staff was very attentive, kind, responsive. They presented the diagnosis in a way I could understand and made me feel very comfortable in the treatment plan till I could get in to see her vet. Our dog is doing great now. I also a year ago had to take our dog in for a dog bite. They are absolutely wonderful!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! We went at 1am and I was sad and scared and they were SO comforting, kind and kept us updated throughout the whole process. They even brought my husband and I waters outside. They were able to answer all my questions and help me with my new puppy. If we need to, we will always be back here.
