Our dog Remy, had an emergency situation and the staff and Dr's were amazing. Karen and Rudy in particular, were patient and thoughtful and incredibly understanding and compassionate. Thankyou to all of you, you are a special group.

01/13/2024 We had to take our 14yr old Min Pin here because he had jumped off the couch and did the spilts earlier in the day, he was fine up until 8pm. We drove from Arcadia to Lakewood to bring him in because his right hind leg was swollen and he was not walking on it. When we got there, they put us in a room right away. The entire staff was incredibly polite and caring, I would recommend this vet ER any time!! We decided to go here instead of Port Charlotte location due to more Drs on hand and so glad we did. Brought a sick dog in at 9:55am on Sunday January 7. Maybe I assumed wrong but I was under the assumption that a DVM was on staff and present 24/7. We saw a capable tech but had to wait until after 12 for a doctor to come in. I called before leaving my house and specifically asked and was told a doctor was in. After the wait of two hours (which seemed much longer since I had been up all night with said sick dog) everything worked out. The doctor and the tech were very nice, thorough, capable and caring. I cannot thank the staff enough. My Charlie was terminally ill and took a sudden downhill turn. The staff handled this horribly sad situation with such kindness, thoughtfulness, and caring environment. We are out of town and wanted to take our Charlie home. They called the crematorium and they expedited the process Then when I picked Charlie up he was in a beautiful wooden box, which was in a velvet bag with a certificate and sympathy book I cannot say enough about my experience Thank you so much

The staff that worked the night shift on 8/19 was the nicest set of people I have dealt with. I sadly had to put to sleep my baby boy Chance. They were so kind and so accommodating and made my dad and I feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you all for doing what you do, I know it isn’t easy.

We have to come to the ER twice and both times everyone has been fantastic. They were very gentle with our kitties and very understanding and truthful with us. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs to make an emergency visit.

One of the hardest things to do is letting go of your fur baby. This early morning we let our sweet Bella cross over. She fought so hard against her cancer, she was so brave. Kaylee and Dee were so sweet and compassionate during this difficult time. Dee was so loving towards Bella it made my heart ache just a little less. And Kaylee spent time with out talking and just being so kind. I can’t thank you both for being there for us and allowing Bella to cross over as peacefully as possible.

Dr. Corredor and Rudy could not have been more kind, understanding, helpful, and caring when our elderly dog was put down today. Best possible experience for the worst possible time for a dog owner. The paw print in clay touched our hearts. Sadie could not have been in better hands. We love you!!
