RecommendedGreat experience. Our regular vet refused to fit our dog in for an emergency situation and ER UP fit us in and got her back on the right path. Good team, courteous staff - definitely recommend.

They took my dog right away. I just dropped her off and the doctor called me with what was wrong within 30 minutes. She spent the night and received awesome care. The technicians and doctors were friendly and spent quality time with me explaining everything. I recommend this Animal ER at University Park.

So thankful for Dr. Holifield and the staff NYE after 6pm. They were slammed but still so helpful when my small dogs head got chomped by my big dog. He ended up being ok thankfully. The staff was awesome and still found the time to look him over.

Helpful, patient and caring staff. Thankful for a good outcome- if I could recommend one thing- especially during the pandemic- perhaps an initial in-person meet and greet with the vet on staff may provide a better overall experience?

Had an emergency with my diabetic senior cat-the entire staff were kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable . They took him in quickly and I received a call as soon as he was assessed. (You’re not allowed in the facility). They are a lifesaver.
