I recently lost my best friend Sterling. He was in bad shape when I brought him here but unfortunately passed away due to no fault of their own. I was absolutely devastated and in shock and I cannot even explain how thankful I am for Dr. Holifield taking the extra time to call me personally and explain what was happening and what everything meant medically and being so patient while trying to help me make a plan to save him. It was the best experience I’ve had with any veterinarians office. Our sweet little girl had a touch of pancreatitis, fever and was dehydrated. They explained everything that was being done and they gave me the estimated possible costs. They texted me her status and were always so kind! I was able to pick her up the next morning. Monday night I brought my sweet 15 y/o little Shih-tzu Heidi Honey in to the ER after she’d gotten herself tangled up between the big dogs playing rough and had been bit by one of her house mates. The staff and nurses and Dr’s were all very good with her helping to tend to her and keeping her clean and combed as best they could(she has long hair, and it’s a lot of work if your not used to the up-keep) they all did amazing with her and I could certainly tell they cared for her well! Compassionate, caring staff. Brought our cat in on a Sunday morning in respiratory distress. Kept us updated with phone calls and even texted us pictures of our dear Lucy until she was discharged a few days later. I hope we never need it but would use them again in an emergency situation no doubt.
