Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Because of Covid you can’t wait in their lobby and you don’t ever get to meet with the doctor. However the doctor does call you multiple times on the phone to speak about your pet’s diagnosis and treatment plan and is very pleasant, helping you to understand the situation.

My friends dog needed emergency care. This place gave 24 hour care. They sent pictures and called and texted. They are amazing. 😃

Had a minor situation with our dog Bella tonight. All is good but just want to express how professional an calming the Animal ER of University Park was. I was there for literally 20min an the vet assistant was answering all my questions and checking on Bella for any signs of discomfort or problems.
