We took our dog on Sunday and waited for a very long time. The Vet spent a very small amount of time and did not thoroughly examine her. The Vet concluded that she had back pain and charge us for a visit and very expensive pills. Two days later we had to take our dog to our regular Vet and discovered she actually had a urinary tract infection. I called the Animal ER office and was given the runaround. A peaceful & calm environment...all staff, from the front desk to the technician all the way to Dr.Pam who was most gentle, calming Bella down from start to finish.

A peaceful & calm environment...all staff, from the front desk to the technician all the way to Dr.Pam who was most gentle, calming Bella down from start to finish.
The staff was nice and pleasant on our visit, however the injection that they gave our cat caused an adverse reaction. We researched the drug manufacturer and the reaction was listed as a possible side effect along with temporary vision issues. We called the office and they refused to admit that the side effect was caused by the drug (our regular vet confirmed it is). Our cat was lucky..I'd only go back if I had to put a pet down.
Paid over $300 to have a pretty bad cut on our dogs's dewclaw treated.They wrapped it and gave us medication. 2 weeks later it's even worse. Called and they said "well things happen and we might have to adjust our treatment plan" and said we would have to pay again even though they were of no help the first time. Take your business elsewhere.
