First of all they won’t allow any customers/pet owners inside this late in the Covid State of Florida reopening; doors are locked and you’re To stand in the hot sun for hours waiting for them to inform you about your loved ones well being . They are absolutely brutal and do not have an ounce of compassion for the loved ones people bring in for an emergency. My dog was hurt running thru the yard and crashed into a small garden fence. Wouldn't have been an issue, but he got his leg stuck and panicked. Jumping around while I tried to subdue him, the small metal fence came out of the ground and he received multiple puncture wounds when the fence turned upwards and the spikes stuck him.
