My visit to Animal Medical Center of Crystal Lake was a pleasant one. I have been coming to this clinic for about 16 years. Yesterday I saw Dr. Ann Brooks and I plan to continue bringing my dogs in to see her.
The vet did a great job with Lucky, or cat; we were impressed!
Dr George is very through and nice. Very patient with Zoe .

I have been using Animal Med Center from 1995 and have always been happy with the care given to my animals. The staff is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Need to better schedule the appointments. I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Much improvement needed in that area. Perhaps this is a staffing issue.
Many members of the office staff are helpful, and pleasant to work with. It's their smiling personalities that keep us coming back
Duster has had continual blood work an d we are very satisfied with the doctor's recommendations.
