I think prices have gone way up. By making it so expensive, you are discouraging people to bring their animals in for checkups.
I feel like the care is great, and the staff is wonderful like always although the prices seem to have increased significantly. After comparing the cost of thr services we received, it would have been much lower to have taken Linus elsewhere.
We scheduled to see Dr. George but when we arrived we were told she wasn't there & didn't work in Thursday's. I had specified when scheduling we only wanted to see her. Not sure how that got messed up, We had to see Dr Brooks whom I have had issues with in the past & have asked numerous times not to see her. We were only there for a shot & it went fast. Fecal exam results were already reported to us. Speedy service.
I walked in for Cat Flea Meds. without calling first. My order was acted upon promptly and I left within 10 minutes.
I was on time for my appointment and taken to an exam room right away, which was great, there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot. But then I waited for 30 minutes for the vet to come in. When she came in she apologized for the wait and said there was a difficulty with another appointment, fine. She was great, but a little consideration goes a long way. The doctor was great, once I saw her. After getting put in one of the rooms, I had to wait far too long (almost a 1/2 hour) before anyone came in. I ended up poking my head out the door to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me. I also think the front desk staff can be hit or miss on their level of friendliness. Sometimes I go in and it's great, other times, it's so-so. I felt like there was some tension going on between one of the front desk staffers and the doctor. A little expensive. I feel they tried to pile vaccines, injections, etc. I got charged $50 for an exam fee this time but I was only coming in to receive vaccines following another appointment in which we decided we needed to do the vaccines; AKA I just paid for exam fees +everything else about two weeks prior to this. Also given vaccine I did not want and verbalized that but got it anyways and had to pay for it.
