The Dr. and techs were wonderful! My only reason for not rating my experience with more stars was that my appointment was at 3 and I didn't see anyone until 3:30. That is fairly common at that office. With a busy schedule it can be frustrating! Otherwise the care was great!

Everyone is friendly and puts Cali first when I am there.
Dr. Jarrett is kind and helpful. His calm demeanor is reassuring. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do and what followup care our dog would need. All of the staff was professional and helpful. Thank you.
Everyone was so nice. No problems at all.
The only thing I can say that truly disappointed me and especially my husband was the lack of empathy and commutation that we received while my dear golden had a major surgery. He was handled by multiple Dr.'s and I was told that the Dr.'s involved were all aware of his on going status. Unfortunately they all left out the most important link. Keeping us in their loop. Professional staff and knowledgeable Dr.
The staff was very helpful and kind. I have been dissapointend in the recent changes, especially the prescriptions. I now have to go through 3 different places for my pets medicine, and the inflexible "rules" are frustrating. I expect my Vet to want to save me money and it seems that it's the opposite case here at AMC. By restricting the size and amount I am allowed to purchase for my pet it limits my opportunity to reduce the price and keep my pets medication affordable.
