Always treated great. I call in for meds and they are always ready at the promised time.
Zeke came in to receive a health certificate to be able to move out of state and for a refill of his prescription food. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

The vet who saw Winnie was terrific. Overall, I love all the docs & techs. However, the check out process was long & unpleasant. The Dr explained the rebate very thoroughly to me, when I asked about it at checkout the woman looked at me very distrustingly, almost annoyed. "We don't know anything about that." It took 15 mins for her to get clarification. Then, I was told my total was $170, then they figured out she gave me two $5 credits & didn't charge me for the rabies tag, bringing my new total to $217. It left a bad taste... read more
As far as greeting me and the vet technician was great! The Doctor/Veterinarian was intrusive while I was trying to comfort my kitty Cat during his euthanaisian. She kept talking through my cat's last seconds. I stayed and held him for a reason. That reason was not for her to distract me. Also she did not forwarn me that even after "death" No heart beat. He would gasp for air. This was very disturbing an image I am unable to erase from my mind. Adding to the traumatic experience.
