Dr George and the techs were great with my dog, the front desk staff did not seem very cheery though
It would have been nice to have been given (and billed) for a "cone of shame" since the dog was licking incessantly from the moment she got home. I had to hold her for an hour while my husband ran to Petsmart to get one. I was working with clients at the time. Also, we were not given all the medications we were billed for. I had to go back the next day and wait 20 minutes for them to sort it out.
The office made sure I could get in when she needed to be seen, and the Dr. Scott was very good with her.
Dr schmidt and becky treat Jean Claude like a little king.
Spent a lot of money and my dog was not diagnosed correctly
Our appointment was at 10:40 we arrived at 10:25 we didn't get into a room until 11:15. Did not like the doctor we saw.
I have been a client of Animal Medical for 20+ years. I was very hesitant when I heard Dr Peggy was retiring. I was hoping the staff, fees and doctors would not change too much. I do see new faces at the front desk and they have been very friendly. The rates however did go up. I have 3 dogs and bring them together for their annual check up. Expensive! I have 3 dogs and asked for a price sheet when I came in because there is new ownership. They do not have one. I also asked if there was a multiple pet pricing and was told no. Atmosphere pretty cold.
Disappointed with time it took to draw blood for heart worm testing and pick up meds. Had a 9:20 appointment and didn't leave until after 10:00. Attitude of tech and front desk below average. As a long-term client unhappy with decline of service since new vet took over.
