Staff lovely and very kind. Doctor took over an hour explaining procedure to me in language I could understand! They even showed me the bed they had made up for my dog. Doctor called regularly with updates.

I was very pleased with the staff. I had to bring my baby here and unfortunately she had to be put down. They were so sympathetic and understanding with my pain of saying goodbye. They gave me as much time as I needed to be with her for the last time. In such a sad situation, they made it the best they could. You can tell they truly care about animals and their owners. Thank you so much.

The staff, technicians, and veterinarians all exhibit a deep and genuine caring and a concern, not only for Lara, but for me as well. If Lara survives and stays with me a little longer, it will be due in great part to the efforts and caring of AECCC.
